RETURN POLICY:

DUE TO COVID-19 THERE ARE NOT RETURNS, FOR THE SAFTEY OF OUR STAFF AND CUSTOMERS

We know you’re going to love all things HAO, but if you do need to return anything, you are welcome to do so within 30 days of receiving your items. Just shoot us an email at hello@herallover.com & we’ll gladly take care of you. Sorry, no exchanges, only store credit refunds! 

Did you purchase from one of our retail partners? Please work with the retailer you purchased from for assistance, as their policies are different from ours. We do not accept exchanges or returns from our retail partners. Sorry!

REFUND POLICY:

Make sure we receive your item(s) back within 30 days to be eligible for a store credit refund. Just a heads up, you are responsible for sending the item(s) back to us and will be charged a return & restocking fee.  Once we receive your item(s), it takes about 3-10 business days for the money to be credited to your account.

If your HAO items do not arrive in perfect condition, please reach out to support@herallover.com within 30 days so we can assist you!

CANCEL ORDER:

We're sorry to hear you want to cancel. Reach out as soon as possible, as we process orders in 1-2 business days & if your order has already entered the shipping process, we are unable to cancel it. You do still have the option to go through a refund (few!) or gift it to a friend (they’ll love it!). 

SHIPPING:

We know you needed your HAO item(s) yesterday, so we process orders in 1-2 business days. Depending on what shipping method you select, that is when you will receive your Snugg item(s). An email will be sent to you once your item(s) depart on their journey to you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We currently only ship to Mexico, Europe, Australia & New Zealand but we are looking at expanding! If you live in another country & would like to purchase Paw product(s), please send us an email at support@herallover.com so we can place a special order for you.

All customs, duties, & taxes are your responsibility which are governed by the state & country you live in. A bill including these fees may be sent to you & Comfy does not cover these additional fees.We do not offer returns, exchanges or replacements for international orders.

TAXES:

Did you notice that sales tax charge on your receipt? This is governed by the state that you live in which is your responsibility to pay. Thanks for understanding!
